BAH HUMBUG

4 months and counting... Still on the market kids.  It's officially been 4 months and although the showings have picked up a bit so far in December, no offers yet.  Looks like my goal of selling by December ain't happenin'. So we wait... I suppose I wont set another goal to sell by.  On second though how about I hope to sell by summer 2012.  Good God I hope its has sold by then... But for now...Bring on the vacation time and Christmas holiday with the family!!!
