Happy New Year everyone! It was a great holiday off work with the family. We had a record number of showings for us in December. I think it was 7 showings in December and already two today for January. YES two in one day which has never happened. Funny story... We had the showings for today from 1-3 so we stayed out until after 3pm. We decided to take an afternoon nap when the door bell rang at 4pm. I thought it was the twins coming home from their play date so I rolled out of bed to the door when I see the door is opening towards me. To my surprise it was a realtor and her clients all ready to look at the house. Of course I picked up at record speed and let them in. They were over an hour late for their appt so I was really caught off guard. The buyers actually started touring my house while I was still inside So weird and we all had a good laugh about that one! I hope to hear feedback tomorrow from these two, but I feel better about being patient and that our house will sell soon. I'm excited for the future in our new home...when it finally will happen. 2012 will be a great year for our family! I look forward to making wonderful memories whether in this home or the next.
